To me, the studio is my happy place. Where is yours?

My happy place is when I get to do a challenging sport in nature.

My number 1 is, without a doubt, Skiing at Squaw Valley (Palisades, but it will always be Squaw) and Jackson Hole.

My number 2 is surfing in Malibu, Santa Cruz, or Oahu.

My number 3 is hiking in any of our National Parks.

No matter what’s going on in the world or in life, if I get to do one of these activities, my cup is refilled.

When you collaborate with brands, how do you best sell yourself as the right ambassador/spokesperson/influencer among different categories? 

I don’t do a ton of new brand outreach or selling myself to brands. All of my current ongoing partnerships came from brands and agencies contacting me directly. I genuinely use all of the products and brands that I promote.

I do, however, tag the brands that I use pretty regularly so if I’m not on their radar, that might get me on it.

Fitness is a very huge part of your life — you’ve even whipped my ass into shape a few times. How do you keep going mentally and physically through thousands of miles of cardio? 

I always have different fitness goals or races on the horizon that give me a specific target to reach for. I lift weights and stretch with my fitness and goals in mind. I eat and drink with my fitness and goals in mind. My lifestyle is very conducive for building fitness and overall well-being.

When everything is working, I’m able to stay injury free and have seemingly infinite energy. It’s still wild to me that I can just go outside and run 15 miles right now if I wanted to.

Recently you published a new blog and media kit. How do you define your target demos and why are they important to you? 

My target demographic are athletes anywhere on their journey, even if today is day 1.

If you could ask me anything, what would it be?

If you had an infinite stream of cashflow, what does your dream life feel like? Where is home, who’s there, how do you feel?
